Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your cleaning tools. Please review our policy below, which includes important hygiene conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, parts, and tags intact.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been used, opened, or shows signs of contact with cleaning solutions, dirt, or moisture. This includes:

  • Mops (once the mop head has been attached, wetted, or used)

  • Brooms (once bristles have touched the floor or shown signs of use)

  • Duster Cloths (once removed from packaging or used)

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of wear

3. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, handles, and attachments included.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different style or model, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.

6. Missing Parts
If your item arrives missing parts (e.g., mop handle section, broom head), contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.
